Ken Hatch

Ken Hatch

Ken hails from the great land of Dalhart, TX. He began his journey in metal fabrication in 1973 with his first business 'Ornamental Iron' where he crafted unique and intricate fixtures using steel and iron.

This lead him to his next venture just two years later. In 1975, Ken rebranded and began his second company 'Carrie Trailers'. It was during this time that he matched his creativity with precision as he built trailers for clients all around the Texas Panhandle and beyond.

In 1978, fate came knocking at his door. After 5 years of running his own business, Ken took his next opportunity with Kappa Steel Buildings where began his professional career in structural steel and pre-engineered steel buildings. It was here here that Ken's skills were sharpened and honed for structural fabrication work. For 20 years, Ken worked diligently and faithfully at Kappa Steel Buildings before being presented with his next shift in his career.

In 1998, Ken decided to work for Trinity Fellowship Church in Amarillo, Texas as a project director for the rapidly growing church. During his time at Trinity Fellowship, he oversaw numerous projects including structural renovations, campus additions, and a multi-million dollar remodel to Trinity's worship center in 2007.

It was then, in 2007, that Ken and Kevin decided to partner together to build their legacy in business and form H&H Fabrication.

Kevin Hatch

Kevin was born in Dalhart, TX, but moved to Amarillo in 1990 while Ken was working with Kappa Steel Buildings. Since 1990, Amarillo has been where Kevin calls home.

Kevin spent his childhood watching his father work hard with his hands. It wasn't long until Kevin took after his dad in expressing great interest in motorsports and custom fabrication and he took up welding with great ease.

After spending time pursuing a professional music career as a drummer, Kevin began to set his sites on the future. In 2007, he and his father decided to launch H&H Fabrication to aid in Trinity Fellowship Church's new building and begin their legacy together in business.

Now, nearly 20 years later, the father and son duo have successfully built and constructed over 500 projects. What began as miscellaneous millwright work in 2007 quickly morphed into much more than they had initially expected.

Due to their high level of excellence, Ken and Kevin quickly began making connections through referrals with mega corporations such as Owens Corning and Xcel Energy. As the duo grew and progressed in business and professional stature, their millwright and custom fabrication work transformed into fully fledged structural steel fabrication.

Since then, H&H Fabrication's primary focus has been pre-engineered buildings and Class-A structural steel buildings. And with their state of the art fabrication facility in Amarillo Texas, they're able to provide the greater Southern region of the United States with top-notch steel fabrication.
